Since the age of 13, Gordy has been dedicated to consistent weightlifting, and from the age of 17, he has followed a disciplined meal plan. As an athlete, he trained in strength and conditioning, later incorporating calisthenics and HIIT cardio during his military service.
Gordy is a certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Since 2021, he has furthered his knowledge by studying under several coaches, including a Ph.D. in food nutrition and a professional bodybuilding coach, to master macro utilization for optimal training results.
Gordy’s goal is to provide maximum value to clients in a private setting. His mission is to help people understand and embrace a fitness lifestyle to enhance lifelong health and well-being.
Every Triple G coach has years of experience using online coaching as part of their own training. We understand that personal training isn’t an option for everyone, so Triple G offers the exact same plans online as we do in person. We use an app to deliver fitness plans, meal plans, and direct messaging with coaches. All workouts include instructional videos to ensure proper form and technique.
